01  MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT & REFERENCES

Use the form on this page to enter your Contact Information, Membership Payment and Business Reference Check information. An email will be sent to outline the rest of the application process for you.
 

02  BNI CHAPTER SELECTION & APPLICATION

Select the BNI Chapter that you want to apply to on the form using the the chapter drop down list. If you do not know the chapter name or need help finding a chapter, contact BNI Placement Assistance at [email protected] to receive assistance in finding the best chapter that fits you and your business needs. Follow the instructions on the BNI Membership Application page. After completing the online Membership Application, you will be sent an email with a PDF copy of your application.
